If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

Just to make sure, is motherboard changed?

Hello,

Could you open Settings and navigate to System and then Activation? From there, could you take a screenshot of the entire Settings window, and then paste it here? In case you needed it, the keyboard shortcut to take a screenshot is the Windows key, Shift, and S button pushed together at the same time.
