only got $29 of the $141.82 refund i was promised l i need to speak with a real person about this otherwise i will be reaching out to the local news i have screenshots this is very adgrivateing and has leftme in a bad financheal situation can i please get a real human support person to help me with this simple issue phease

The exact steps I gave you should lead you to the chat option with a real human, not bot. Are you in the US locale?

When you go to this page, you want to sign in, then click on Ms365

Then click on "Get Home support"

Search "Billing", then click on Get Help.

Then at the bottom, click on "Contact Support"

Then make these selections and click Confirm button

Then chat option is right here..

I was able to get in and it shows 4 people in front of me
