I would like to know what i specifically need to download and install in order to be up to date with Windows 11
It's not possible to say - to you or to anyone else - which updates your computer needs to be up-to-date. Computers have different hardware, different software and different configurations. Windows Update uses its knowledge of your computer to deliver the particular updates that your computer needs.
Makes sense, thank you for your response. When i read and follow to find out what i need, it's not clear to me. I realize I was not clear on my help request. My build/version of windows 11 is no longer supported, and i cannot recieve updates.

Please run the PC Health Check app to see if the system is compatible with the upgrade:

Run the PC Health Check app, and click "Check now."
Click "See all results."

You can use snipping tool to cut only small part of that dialog instead of full screen image.

Security updates and Cumulative Updates are installed automatically on the system without any user intervention.
Please run winver.exe and post a screenshot of that dialog. It shows the current build number, version, and the OS Edition.
