19 AUG 2026 1110 hrs - I need to cancel one of my twin sons accounts as he tragically died on May 28th 2026 and I was recently charged for both twins XBOX Live accounts. I really need to speak with a human being to accomplish this as it's hard enough dealing with his loss, your company has made it impossible to speak with a human being!
