To request help from a live Microsoft 365 support agent when sign-in is failing:

1. Start with the Microsoft account sign-in helper: Start sign-in helper.
   • It checks common sign-in problems using the email address or mobile number tied to the account.
   • Support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
2. If the sign-in helper does not resolve the issue, go to Get Help on the web.
   • Enter the issue in the text box.
   • Select Contact Support.
   • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office.
   • Choose the category for subscription or technical support.
   • Select the option to chat with an agent or request a callback if offered.
3. If the Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through a mobile app:
   • iPhone/iPad: manage it in Apple ID settings.
   • Android: manage it in Google Play.
   • Those subscriptions are billed through the app store account and must be managed there.
4. If the issue is with Microsoft 365 for work or school, contact the Microsoft 365 admin or IT department.
