Azure Id Verification - document updates available post failed status

I attempted to Verify ID of our business. 1st attempt was state seal of organization formation (failed due to no address). 2nd attempt was a Lease Extension (failed due to no address, but the address was included several pages deep in the document). 3rd attempt included our original lease with the correct address at the top (failed for unspecified reason). These documents together create a clear chain of verification; a state seal with organization name referenced, a lease extension with the address, our original lease with the address clearly visible at the top.

We also have an updated "change of address" from our state to prove our current location. Unfortunately, Azure will no longer accept documents. I would like someone with a rational ability to understand our documentation and legal address to help resolve this.

Azure Artifact Signing identity validation enforces a strict 3-attempt limit for automated document uploads. Once three attempts fail, the portal automatically locks further self-service submissions to protect the vetting pipeline.

Because the self-service portal will no longer accept uploads, your complete document chain must now be reviewed manually by the Microsoft Vetting and Identity team to unblock your account.

Hello @Joe Miller,

The business verification reviewers generally expect a single document that independently shows both the legal business name and business address matching the information entered in the verification form. Documents with missing address information, mismatched information, or information spread across multiple documents can result in rejection.

We have initiated Private message to gather some details, could you please review the details and help us with the requested information to proceed further.

Thanks for the replies. I had to get the process reset, and then they accepted a doc that had current date chain of update; lease with address + lease extension (without address) + State current address change document. All is well that ends well.
