Azure Artifact Signing — 3 Identity Validations stuck "In Progress" for 4+ days, no email/notification received

I have 3 Identity Validation requests for Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing) that have been stuck in "In Progress" status with no updates, no rejection, and no request for additional information in private message.

What I've already checked:

• No verification emails in inbox or spam for either request
• Required roles assigned: Artifact Signing Identity Verifier (on the signing account) and Reader (at subscription level)
• No pending "Action Required" banners on the Identity Validations page other than the general terms-of-use notice, which I've accepted

Could a moderator please check the status of these two requests internally, or let me know if there's a missing step (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator Verified ID, Partner Center seller verification) that isn't being surfaced in the portal UI? Happy to provide the validation IDs via DM if that's the required next step.
