Please help me reset 2fa on my azure account

I've tried:
Using the azure support page, no luck only copilot answers unhelpfully.

Calling microsoft support, robot answers.

Using all password reset forms, lets me reset passwords but not 2fa.

Is there no option to use my recovery email to reset the account access? My site is now down because I can't update my billing information.

Help would be appreciated, thank you!
