Are you saying your gmail.com is being taken over by this Natash Tosh in Hungary? If so, that's a gmail issue and you need support from Google.
Or, are you saying someone is using your gmail.com address to create a Microsoft account? If so, we often see this due to typo, and this Microsoft account usually cannot have full feature, because 1) the user cannot verify the gmail.com address 2) the verification code is sent to your gmail where they cannot access. Accounts created in mistake like this are often abandoned. And your Gmail itself is NOT compromised, because the gmail address is simply an alias/username for the Microsoft account, which doesn't give them access to your gmail.com account.
