Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Good day Natalie,
To ensure future emails from your coworker aren't automatically moved to the Deleted Items folder in Classic Outlook, please follow these steps:
Open Classic Outlook and go to the Deleted Items folder.
Locate an email from your coworker and drag it back to your Inbox.
Go to the search box, type "Junk" and select it from the results. Then choose either Never Block Sender or Never Block Sender's Domain to ensure future emails from your coworker are delivered to your inbox.
Regarding the ribbon display issue, please try expanding the ribbon by double-clicking the Home tab or pressing Ctrl + F1.
If the ribbon still doesn't appear correctly, right-click any empty area on the ribbon, select Customize the Ribbon, click Reset and then choose either Reset only selected Ribbon tab or Reset all customizations.
To help prevent this issue from recurring, you can also configure Classic Outlook to prompt you before reporting messages as junk or phishing:
Go to Junk > Junk E-mail Options > Select the Options tab.
Enable When reporting phishing or junk, always ask me before sending a report.
This setting can help avoid accidentally reporting legitimate emails and prevent similar issues in the future.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
