Dear Microsoft Team.

I am a Corporate Counsel of Polish company. Our company cooperates with Microsoft and purchases software products. Recently, our company purchased the Simpligon programme. The order was signed on 12 July 2026. On Microsoft’s behalf, it was signed on behalf of Microsoft Corporation, a Washington corporation.

For our company’s tax purposes, we require a Certificate of tax residence for Microsoft of tax year 2026. How can we receive it?

In my experience, Microsoft moderators in this forum usually have access to the relevant documentation. As such, they can often share it directly or advise you on the proper procedure for obtaining Microsoft tax certificates via private message.

With this in view, @Jack Bui, could you help @Mikita Sasonka to obtain the Tax Residency Certificate 2026? A private message may be the most effective way to handle this matter.
