While trying to verify a business for artifact signing, there is a step where you need to verify your email.
Clicking the link https://verifyemail.microsoft.com/v1.0/tokenverification/verify?token=<token> results in a redirect followed by "The Request Is Blocked" 403 in https://3pc.microsoft.com/vetting/email_accept (code 20260818T002539Z-17f6c7b6958xsmf6hC1CO18ang0000000yyg000000002xcg)
