How do I check deleted previously created authentication? I had one saved here not now I can't find it.

I checked the Microsoft app but can't find it. Is there a second page to the list?

Thank you

If the item was deleted from Microsoft Authenticator, there is no second page or hidden deleted list in the app for previously removed entries.

    Supported recovery paths are:

    1. Check whether cloud backup was enabled before deletion.
      • Authenticator backup is not designed to restore a single deleted entry.
      • If a backup exists from before the deletion, recovery typically requires reinstalling the app and choosing Restore from backup.
      • This can overwrite newer app data.
    2. If it was a work or school account authentication method, check the account’s security methods page.
      • Sign in to Security info at https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.
      • Saved passkeys and other sign-in verification methods can be viewed there.
      • For a work or school passkey, deletion should also be checked in the place where it was saved, such as Windows Hello saved passkeys.
    3. If the deleted method was for a Microsoft Entra work or school account and it must be restored administratively:
      • An administrator can review the user in Microsoft Entra admin center > Monitoring > Audit logs to confirm whether an authentication method was updated or deleted.
      • Authentication methods cannot be restored individually. The user object must be restored to a previous state to recover prior authentication methods.
      • After restore, most methods are usable again, but passwords are not restored and Temporary Access Passes are not restored.
    4. If no backup exists and the entry was deleted from the app only:
      • The usual path is to sign in using another available verification method and then re-register the Authenticator app or the deleted method.
