Artifact Signing Organization Identity Validation – Action Required but no document upload available

My organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing is currently in "Action Required" state.

Microsoft sent me an email requesting additional supporting documents and instructed me to upload them in the Azure portal.

However:

• the Azure portal does not show any document upload option,
• the verification link redirects to credentials.microsoft.com/verify/noaccess,
• and the page says that the link has already been used.

I have the requested supporting document ready as PDF, including website/domain evidence showing the organization name, address, contact information and domain.

Please enable the document upload option for this existing identity validation or provide a new secure upload link.

I do not want to delete or recreate the existing validation because it is already in Action Required state.
