Service: Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing)

Identity type: Organization, Public Trust

Organization name: VETATEK, LLC (United States)

Identity validation ID: b02cae1e-8e21-45a9-8d31-004690a9a3e0

Current status: In Progress

Timeline:

  • Created the organization identity validation request for Public Trust.
  • Completed the Verified ID flow successfully (government-issued ID and selfie through the linked ID verifier, credential added to Microsoft Authenticator and presented to the validation request).
  • Completed the email verification link on the primary email address.
  • Received an email stating additional documents were required for Category 1 (domain ownership evidence). Uploaded a qualifying document through the Azure portal.
  • No status change since. The portal shows In Progress with no Action Required state and no further instructions.

What I have already checked:

  • No pending Action Required status on the validation request in the portal.
  • No unread verification or document-request emails on the primary or secondary address, including spam/junk and Exchange Online quarantine.
  • The uploaded document shows as attached to the request in the portal.
  • Legal entity name and address on the request match our D&B record and our Azure billing profile exactly, including ZIP+4.

Per the troubleshooting guidance, I have not created any additional identity

validation requests for this entity, since duplicates do not help and cannot be

expedited.

Request: could a moderator route this to the vetting team for manual review and

confirm whether the uploaded document was accepted or whether anything further

is needed from us? Happy to provide the subscription ID or any additional

documentation by private message.

Business impact: our previous code signing certificate has expired and this

validation is blocking signed releases, including AppSource submissions for our

Business Central extensions.
