Authenticator lost codes

Hi. My Authenticator app reset its data for no reason. There's some accounts which were connected to it which I was luckily able to recover due to inbuilt safety mechanisms. However, Discord was also one of these accounts and they don't have a proper failsafe for this. I was wondering if there's a way I could get just a single code from that authentication such that I'm able to sign in just once and be able to re-add it. I will add any proper evidence or reason that proves I own and have owned the account.
