The body of all of my emails suddenly are blank on Macbook

Everything was working fine earlier, but now, none of my emails have a body to them. I can see From, To, Subject, and any attachments. The rest of the email is a white, blank screen. Even opening the email in a separate window does not help.

Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Have you performed basic troubleshooting by closing all your applications and rebooting your machine yet? If not, please close everything and perform a reboot and see if the problem persists. If you have done that and still the same problem persists, kindly try opening your e-mail through webmail.

Please let me know if the problem persists when accessing your mail via webmail.

I opened and closed Outlook several times, and it didn't help. My email client was working, but acting kind of sporadic. I also did a reboot. I am not sure whether it was my email client or the reboot, but it is working now. Thanks so much for your help.
