How do I create an automated email advising that a Microsoft Form has been completed?

    Are yo using a personal account, or business account? If you are using a business account, you can use the AI answer.

    Otherwise, a personal Microsoft account can still use Microsoft Forms itself. For example, personal accounts can create forms and receive responses. You can also enable Get email notification of each response, but that sends the notification to the form owner, not a custom confirmation email to the person filling it out. The latter confirmation is not available for forms created by personal account.
