Microsoft on-premises server product that runs Office Online.
Hi Fred Epiha
Please note that this is a user-to-user community forum. As an Independent Advisor, I do not have access to Microsoft billing records, subscriptions, or account information.
If possible, could you check your card statement to see if it shows any subscription name or additional details associated with the charge?
If this is a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Microsoft 365 Family/Personal), you can refer to this article: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription | Microsoft Support
If needed, you can also contact Microsoft Support by going to Microsoft Contact Us > Type "Support" and click Get Help > Click Sign in to contact Support at the bottom of the page. > Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option > Under category, select technical Support > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
If the charge is associated with a business subscription, you can contact Microsoft Support through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with an administrator account, go to Help & support, and create a support request regarding the charge and refund.
For further instructions, you can follow this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
