Azure Artifact Signing public organization identity validation failed with no reason
We are trying to complete Public Organization Identity Validation for Azure Artifact Signing for our company ISAT, s.r.o. in Slovakia.
The identity validation has changed to Validation Fail, but Azure Portal provides no failure reason, no action required, and no information about what needs to be corrected.
Artifact Signing account: isat-signing
Identity type: Public
Identity Validation ID: 27a473f3-719e-461f-9b53-45193633f1ea
We have checked the email used for validation, including spam/junk, and we did not find an actionable verification or document request that would explain the failure.
We tried to create an Azure technical support request, but our subscription currently has the Basic support plan and the portal requires a paid support plan for technical support.
Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this case to the Artifact Signing / Identity Validation / Vetting team and check the backend reason for this failed validation?
We would specifically like to know:
- What exact validation check failed?
- Is any additional company documentation required?
- Can the current validation be reviewed or reopened?
- Should we create a new validation request, or should we avoid doing so until this one is reviewed?
We do not want to create additional validation attempts without knowing the failure reason.
If additional documents are required, please contact us through a private/secure channel rather than requesting sensitive documents publicly.
