Artifact Signing organization identity validation stuck "In Progress" for more than 7 days

My Artifact Signing organization identity validation has remained in "In Progress" status for more than 7 days.

I completed the personal identity verification successfully and also submitted the additional supporting documentation requested to verify my association with the sereane.com domain.

The validation is still showing "In Progress" and no further action is currently requested in the Azure portal.

Artifact Signing account: sereane-signing

Identity Validation ID: 14b2e3a9-4bf1-4487-af1c-6a78bf7071cc

Country/Region: France

Could a Microsoft moderator or the Artifact Signing validation team please check whether this validation is awaiting manual review, blocked, or requires any further action from me?

I have not created a duplicate validation request because I do not want to interfere with the existing review.

Processing time for Artifact Signing identity validation is documented as 1 to 20 business days, and it can take longer if more documentation is required. A status of In Progress beyond 7 days can still be within the normal review window.

Since no further action is currently requested in the portal:

    1. Check the primary email address used in the identity validation request, including Junk/Spam.
    2. Confirm that the mailbox can receive messages from external senders and that messages containing links are not being filtered.
    3. If mail delivery is managed centrally, ask the email administrator to confirm that firewall, security, or email filtering policies are not blocking the validation messages.
    4. Do not create duplicate identity validation requests for the same entity while one is already in progress, because that does not help and requests cannot be expedited.
    5. If the request remains in progress and no email or portal action appears, use Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A with the artifact-signing tag for assistance.

    Relevant status behavior:

    • If more documents are required, the status changes to Action Required and an email is sent.
    • When validation finishes, the status changes to Completed or Failed, and an email is sent.
