I'm trying to upload photos to Onedrive folders so they can be viewed on my surface pro. I can't see all the folders I've created in Onedrive via my surface pro on the Onedrive app on my phone. The folders on my surface pro are showing as syncing to the cloud (cloud icon in light blue). I can see all my old folders on both the surface pro and the phone but I've recently created new folders on the surface pro and they aren't showing in Onedrive on my phone

Can you send a screenshot of what OneDrive says when you click on the cloud? It sounds like there is maybe a conflict, or your OneDrive app on your computer has an issue. By chance, have you logged onto OneDrive for the Web at https://onedrive.live.com/ and see if it appears there?

Hi there! Since you also mentioned that the files can be viewed on your Surface pro and on the OneDrive cloud then the files are reaching the cloud and the issue is likely with the mobile app rather than the PC sync. But to be sure, I would also check and confirm on your Surface pro that the files are successfully synced or completed, the icons looks like the ones posted on the Microsoft support page:

Also make sure you're signed into the same Microsoft account on both devices.
If the folders are still missing, try closing OneDrive on your android device completely and reopening it. You can also go to Android Settings → Apps → OneDrive → Storage → Clear cache and then open OneDrive again to see if files will sync.
