Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hi Gambler IsOn
Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.
I’m very sorry to hear that your Microsoft account was compromised, especially because it contains important educational, business, and financial information.
Before attempting recovery, run a full antivirus or malware scan on every device used to access the account. Then use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper and select the option indicating that the account may have been hacked. If you are directed to the account recovery form, complete it from a device and location previously used with the account, and provide as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, frequently contacted addresses, exact email subject lines, Microsoft services used, and relevant billing details.
Because banking information may have been exposed, please contact your bank or card provider immediately to secure the affected accounts or cards and review any activity you do not recognize.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
I hope you can regain access soon.
