Hello kv manoj kumar,

Could you please confirm whether it has been 12 months since the original activation date and whether Microsoft has sent you a renewal reminder email? Please also let us know whether you are still a full-time student, whether your academic email remains active, and whether you are using the same Microsoft account that was originally used to activate the subscription.

Azure for Students provides USD 100 in credit for a 12-month benefit period. Eligible students may renew the offer annually after completing academic verification again. Microsoft normally sends a reminder shortly before the 12-month anniversary.

If you used the USD 100 credit before the end of the 12-month period, the subscription may become disabled. However, this does not mean that a new USD 100 credit becomes available immediately. You may need to wait until the annual renewal becomes available or upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go if you need to continue using your existing Azure services.

Renewal may not be available if the current 12-month period has not yet reached its renewal stage, your student status cannot be verified, your academic email is no longer active, you are signed in with a different Microsoft account, or the one-subscription-per-eligible-customer limitation has already been applied.

Please sign in to the Azure portal, select Subscriptions, and check the subscription’s original start date and current status.

If the 12-month renewal stage has been reached, please visit the Azure for Students page and complete the academic verification using the original account.

If you have reached the renewal stage and still receive the same message despite meeting the eligibility requirements, please contact Azure Support and provide your Subscription ID, activation date, and a screenshot of the error so that the account’s renewal eligibility can be reviewed.

I hope this helps clarify the renewal process. Please feel free to update me with the requested information, and I will be happy to assist further.

Kind regards,
