I have unistalled MS Office from the old laptop. Every advised solution ends in a loop without resolution.

If you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

Installing on the new machine should be straightforward, using your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services .

For more about activating one-time purchase licenses, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/activation/activate-microsoft-perpetual-products-using-the-product-activation-portal . In case you have to contact Microsoft support, go to the support chat which is available via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus .
