A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Since you have already cleared the OneDrive cache, checked the internet connection, reset OneDrive, completely uninstalled OneDrive, and reinstalled it, I would recommend checking whether the issue is related to the account, Windows profile, device, or OneDrive storage.
Please try the following:
- Check OneDrive on the web and compare it with the files on your computer. Create a small test file in the local OneDrive folder and check whether it appears in OneDrive on the web. Then create another test file in OneDrive on the web and check whether it appears on your computer. This will help determine whether OneDrive is syncing in either direction.
- Check your OneDrive storage to make sure you have not reached the storage limit. If the storage is full, new files and changes may not sync.
- Unlink and relink your OneDrive account
- Create a new Windows user profile on the affected computer. Sign in to the new profile, set up OneDrive with the affected Microsoft 365 account, and check whether it can sync.
- Test the affected account on another device and check whether OneDrive can sync there.
If OneDrive works normally on another device or in the new Windows profile, the issue is more likely related to the original Windows profile, device configuration, or local policies.
