I get stuck in Authenticator code

I am a student and I am using a school account provided by my school to access my school email.

Today, I suddenly could not sign in to my school email to check my new messages. It keeps asking me to verify my identity using Microsoft Authenticator, but I do not receive any notification or verification code on my phone.

I have tried signing in several times, but I am still stuck at the Authenticator verification step.

how I can get past this verification step or restore the Authenticator verification so that I can access my school email again?

    Dear @Evan Christ,

Based on your description, you suddenly cannot sign in your education account because cannot receive Authenticator code.

In this situation, since your account is an education account, your school IT department may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. As a forum user, I do not have administrative access to change these settings. Only your IT team has the ability to adjust or reset your MFA configuration. You can also refer to this Microsoft support article for more information: Manage authentication methods - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn

This is the only effective solution to help you get past the verification step and can access your school again.

I hope your issue would be resolved as soon as possible, please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
