Azure Trusted Signing — Organization identity validation keeps failing, business document upload step never appears

I'm trying to complete organization identity validation for Azure Trusted Signing

(Public certificate type, organization: Reno Creations, Herriman UT).

The verification flow only presents personal identity verification (face +

government ID via Microsoft Authenticator / Au10tix). It never shows a step to

upload business documents. After completing the personal ID step, the validation

returns to Azure with status "Failed" and the error:

"Please provide additional document(s)... formation/incorporation records,

franchise or agency appointment letters, government-issued licenses,

registration certificates, or tax filing records."

I have attempted this twice. Both times the Au10tix flow ends after the personal

identity step with no document upload option.

Details:

  • Organization: Reno Creations (sole proprietor DBA, registered Utah October 2021)
  • DUNS: 149898549
  • I have a Utah Sales Tax License and Certificate of Registration ready to submit
  • Validation ID: 244e99fb-7ecc-4e8b-921c-544121c4f050

How do I get the business document upload step to appear, or can someone manually

accept my documents to complete the validation?
