Artifact Signing organization email verification returns “The request is blocked”

I submitted a Public Organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing. The verification email arrived, but its unexpired verification link returns “The request is blocked.”

I have tried an Edge/Chrome InPrivate window, the same Azure identity used for registration, VPN/proxy disabled, and a different network. The primary address is a company alias delivering directly to the organization representative’s named mailbox; it is not a distribution list.

Could an Artifact Signing moderator review the verification block and contact me privately for the Identity Validation ID and request reference?
