How do I transfer the authenticator to my new phone? No acces to previous phone

I set up 2-step authentication with Microsoft Authenticator for an account. I have a new phone now, but I cannot add the account on my current phone, because they ask me to authenticate first on my previous authenticator. I don't have acces to my previous phone. They told me to resolve it with Microsoft, not them. How can this be resolved?
