I had MS office 2 years ago and it already expired. I need it again for my work but for some reason I can't buy now it's not accepting my new card.

Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're experiencing issue while trying to buy MS Office subscription. May I know what is the exact error message that you're getting? Have you tried to use other browser and check if the issue persists? Or how about clearing cache and cookies? To do that, please press CTRL +SHIFT +DEL then choose the Cache also Cookies, then hit Clear Now. If the issue persists, please try to use other device.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Tin

Which version of Office is this? If it is a subscription, it will require regular payments (monthly or yearly) to remain activated.

There are other options, of course. As a permanent or temporary replacement, you can try open source software such as LibreOffice which creates files that have decent compatibility with the Microsoft Office counterparts.
