A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Dear @Nokwethemba Simelane,
To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:
- Could you share a screenshot of the issue (please remove personal information)?
- Are you using a business/ school account or a personal one?
In the meantime, kindly try these steps:
1> Try OneDrive on the web
Open Microsoft OneDrive and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription.
2> If the website does not open
Try an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, temporarily disable any VPN, and test another browser or network.
3> Reset OneDrive
Press Windows key + R, paste the following command, and select OK:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset
If Windows cannot find it, try:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset
Then open Start, type OneDrive, and launch the app again. Resetting OneDrive does not delete files, although the app will rebuild its sync connections. Reset OneDrive | Microsoft Support
4> Uninstall - reinstall OneDrive
In Start Menu, open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft OneDrive > Uninstall
Go to Download the OneDrive App for Secure Cloud Storage | Microsoft OneDrive > Download OneDrive. Reinstall OneDrive | Microsoft Support
I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.
The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
