Artifact Signing identity validation

I'm attempting to complete an organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing, Public Trust type, for Steelbasis LLC. I received the 'Action needed, verify your email account' email addressed to me as the primary contact. Clicking the verify email address link fails. In Brave, the page returns 'the client does not have access rights to the content.' In Chrome, it returns 'the request is blocked.'

Troubleshooting already attempted. I opened the link in a clean incognito session. I generated a fresh verification link from the portal and clicked it immediately, with the same failure.

I have not deleted or resubmitted the request. Could a moderator look up the backend transaction for this validation and advise?
