I created a form survey yesterday and this morning I cannot access the design or results. None of my forms are listed at all in my account. The link to the survey is still active.

I am receiving the error: Session id: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed], Correlation id: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

    Hello Lauren

I understand how concerning this is, especially since the form is still collecting responses, but you cannot access its design or results.

Please first confirm whether you created the form using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?

Also make sure you are signed in with the exact same account used to create it, then check All My Forms, shared with me, any Microsoft 365 group where it may have been created, and the Recycle Bin.

If none of your forms appear, try opening Microsoft Forms in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window. If the same error appears there.

Please let me know whether this is a personal or work/school account and whether other Forms pages load correctly, so I can better assist you.

I check all the accounts I have with Microsoft and I still havent been able to find the form. Could it have something to do with the email aliases? I tried loggin in with the alias name but it keeps reverting the accout to the parent account email.
