When I put in my Microsoft Product Key, I get to the Download page. Then once i click 64bit, I get a "Service Unavailable" Message

When I put in my Microsoft Product Key, I get to the Download page. Then once i click 64bit, I get a "Service Unavailable" Message. I bought the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional. I have tried numerous recommendations from articles like using a private browser, clearing cache/cookies, switching between chrome and edge, making sure that my laptop is up to date, and even using a hot spot. Nothing is working. It has been 3 days now with no progress. Any help would be appreciated.
