Locked Out of Small Business Office365

I am the admin of an Office 365. I recently have reset my phone and as a result I lost my access to MS Authenticator. Since then, I Have been logged out. It is so annoying, You tell the PC that you cannot access the Authenticator but there are no other options for verifications such as email or number. It is three days now that I am locked out.

Hi,

If you’re the only Microsoft 365 Global Administrator and lost access to Microsoft Authenticator after resetting your phone, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Support for admin account recovery.

If another Global Admin exists, ask them to reset your MFA/Authentication methods so you can register Authenticator on your new phone.

For future protection, keep a backup Global Admin account with a separate authentication method.
