Unable to recover Rockstar Games 2FA code from Microsoft Authenticator

A few years ago, I set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for my Rockstar Games account using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

However, when I recently opened the Microsoft Authenticator app to sign in, the Rockstar Games account was no longer listed, and I am unable to generate the verification codes. I do not have access to the backup or recovery codes from that time.

Is there any way to recover or restore missing 2FA entries within the Microsoft Authenticator app, or is the only solution to contact Rockstar Support directly to reset 2FA on my account?
