    Hello @Catalina Perez,

Thank you for your question. The AI-generated answer already provides the main steps for adding presenters to a published Teams webinar. To make the process easier to follow, I have also included a screenshot showing where these options appear in the webinar management page.

Open Teams > Calendar, select the published webinar, and then choose View event > Manage event.

    User's image

In the "Event group" section, you will see separate fields for co-organizers, presenters from your organization, and external presenters.

If the presenter is a user within your organization, enter the person’s name or email address under Presenters from your org, select the correct user from the search results, and save the event.

If the presenter is outside your organization, select Add external presenters, enter the external presenter’s email address, and save the changes. The external presenter will receive an invitation containing the information required to join the webinar.

Please note that the ability to edit the webinar and add presenters is normally available to the organizer and, depending on the assigned webinar permissions, a co-organizer. A regular presenter does not normally manage the event or add other presenters. If you cannot see these options, please confirm whether you are signed in as the webinar organizer or have been assigned the appropriate co-organizer role.

After making the changes, remember to save the webinar and send updates so that the newly added presenters receive the updated invitation.

I hope the screenshot and additional explanation make the steps easier to follow.

    Kind regards,

Yes. A published Teams webinar can still have more presenters added.

To add presenters after the webinar is already created:

    1. Open Teams and go to Calendar.
    2. Select the upcoming webinar.
    3. Select View event.
    4. Select Manage event.
    5. In the Details section, add names under Presenters from your org.
    6. Select Save.

    If the presenters are external:

    1. Open the webinar from Teams calendar.
    2. Select View event > Manage event.
    3. Select Add external presenters.
    4. In External presenters, enter their email addresses.
    5. Select Save and send invites.

    Important limits and behavior:

    • Up to 20 external presenters can be added.
    • External presenters get a unique join link and can join without waiting in the lobby.
    • Guest presenters must sign in with their guest account.
    • Anonymous presenters do not need to sign in with a Microsoft account.
    • If webinar basics such as title, presenters, date, or time are changed, presenters are emailed about the updates.
    • To send those updates, use Save > Send updates after making changes.
