Artifact Signing: reset failed validation and resend the “Complete identity validation” link

Hello,

I am completing an Artifact Signing Public Organization identity validation.

The organization representative successfully completed the AU10TIX government-issued ID and live-face verification. AU10TIX confirmed that this step was successful.

However, the Verified ID was then saved in Microsoft Authenticator on the wrong mobile device. The representative was therefore unable to complete the final presentation of her Verified ID.

The “Complete identity validation” link received by email now states that it has already been used. In Azure Artifact Signing, the request status is now “Failed”.

I would like to keep all the organization information already submitted and restart only the individual identity-validation process.

Can the Artifact Signing or Verified ID team reset this failed verification and send a new “Complete identity validation” link, so that the representative can complete the process using her own mobile phone?

I have the Artifact Signing validation ID, the verification request ID, timestamps, and screenshots. For privacy reasons, I will provide these details only through a secure private Microsoft channel.

My Azure Essential support plan does not allow me to create a private technical support request. Could a Microsoft moderator route this case to the Artifact Signing/Verified ID team or provide a secure private channel?

Thank you.
