Based on the error message you provided, in this situation, you should contact your school's administrator (such as the IT department or administrative office) to verify whether your school has successfully completed the academic registration and verification process with Microsoft for the school's tenant.
If the administrator confirms that the school's tenant has been successfully verified and registered as an academic institution, you will need to ask them to create a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support so that the issue can be further investigated on the backend.
