gamertag no longer linked to my email

this started when my girlfriend added me in a family plan for 365. it wouldn't work because i am logged into my computer under a different email. i had her change it to the my email the computer is logged in under. then i started having trouble with signing into the xbox app on pc. it prompted me with a link and wanted to change the email i use to log into it. i tried to change it but it didn't show it took it. i ended up giving up. now today when i try to log into my xbox app it created a new account for it and i lost my account . i also cant log into my account on the xbox series x and gives me an error. i need to be able to recover this account with all my games tied to it but not having luck with links or the a.i. I submitted a request for recovery SIR24070580 but they havent responded in 2 weeks
