Im locked out of my new WORK COMPUTER because i dont have access to an old email & old number... I tried to ADD an updated EMAIL and verified it only to get locked out for 30 DAYS???? Ik my security pin but it was changed due to bios update?? I HAVE my OUTLOOK email password which CURRENTLY still allows me access to MY OUTLOOK dont you think if it was a hacker they could acces ALL my sensitive information VIA my email which i am currently using??? PLEASE CAN YALL LET ME BACK INTO MY COMPUTER PLEASE OR EXPEDITE THIS ISSUE??? I pay for at least three of your products and have for years been a customer.... y'all telling me no OTHER human in the history of being yall clients forgot to update their security info or worse a MICROSOFT employee NEVER forgot a password? I've answered the forms yesterday and yall said yall would reach out TODAY my thousand WORK, YES WORK computer is now a paperweight:( PLEAES HELP. i ianswered the forms gave EXACT email subjects & info , EXACT payment info for MICROSOFT products i pay for every month. PLEASE HELP i've more than verified VIA A PASSKEY please help EXPEFITE THIS ISSUE PLEASE. IVE ALREADY NOTIFIED MULTIPLE MICROSOFT CEOS PLEASE EXPEDITE PLEASE

your form said someone reach out today and its nearly already noon EST and haven't gotten a single response after filling out a form that all but PROVES this is my account i just didnt update security info. I've provided email, information, banking information, address and zip code information and im still like out please ik im not the only one that forgot to update security ALTERNATE info. its an old email from when i was a child and old cell phone number from nearly a decade ago which also PROVES how long ive been a LOYAL customer..... please help me pleasee pretty please turn off the 30 day lockout or expedite it.

At the same time, the ability of artificial intelligence bots and criminals to impersonate real people gets better all the time. For this reason, Microsoft has to enforce strict rules to control Microsoft accounts. (Even so, there are probably a huge number of fake Microsoft accounts.)
