Hi @Manuel Nohra

Thank you for reaching out.

To help narrow down the issue, could you provide a bit more information?

  1. When you refer to the Calendar page, are you using:
    • Outlook Classic  User's image
    • New Outlook User's image
    • The Calendar app in Microsoft Teams
  2. Does the issue occur only on this device, or do you see the same behavior when accessing Outlook or Teams from another device or the web version?
  3. If the issue is occurring in Outlook Classic, do you still see the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in under File > Options > Add-ins?  User's image
  4. If you're using Microsoft Teams, could you share a screenshot showing where the New Teams Meeting button is missing?
  5. Does this issue affect only your account, or are other users in your organization experiencing the same problem?

If possible, please also include a screenshot of the Calendar page where the button should appear. That will help determine whether the issue is related to the Teams add-in, the Outlook/Teams client, or an organizational policy setting.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I'm here to help. Looking forward to your response.

If this is classic Outlook for Windows, the most common cause is that the Teams Meeting add-in is missing or disabled.

Try this end-to-end fix for New Teams + classic Outlook:

    1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    2. Search for Teams Meeting Add-in.
    3. Select the three dots next to it and choose Uninstall.
    4. Close Outlook.
    5. Close Teams from the system tray by right-clicking the Teams icon and selecting Quit.
    6. Restart New Teams.
    7. Wait until Teams Meeting Add-in appears again in Installed apps.
    8. Reopen Outlook and check the Calendar for New Teams Meeting.

If the add-in is present but still not working in classic Outlook, run the Microsoft troubleshooter for the classic Teams add-in:

    1. Open the Start link in the support article.
    2. If prompted, select Open to launch Get Help.
    3. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter.

    Important for the troubleshooter:

    • Requires Windows 10 or later.
    • Must be run on the same Windows PC as classic Outlook.
    • It does not work with new Outlook for Windows.

If this is new Outlook, there is no separate add-in to install. The Teams meeting option is built into the event window as a toggle. To restore it:

    1. Make sure Outlook and Teams are signed in with the same work or school account.
    2. Make sure the new Teams client is being used.
    3. Close Outlook.
    4. Right-click the Teams icon in the toolbar and select Quit Teams.
    5. Start Teams and sign in.
    6. Start Outlook and check for the Teams meeting toggle in a new event.
