Artifact Signing identity validation: domain registrar transfer mid-review — how to submit additional ownership evidence?

My organization's Artifact Signing identity validation (Identity Validation ID: 38a50b23-1762-47dd-8ec7-b5a219832717) went to "Action Required" requesting domain ownership documentation for our website domain. We uploaded our registrar's registrant record showing the organization name and address, and the status returned to "In Progress."

Since then, a planned registrar transfer of the domain completed (Bluehost → Liquid Web, registrar of record eNom). The new registrar redacts registrant contact data in public WHOIS by policy, even though no privacy/proxy service is enabled — so a public WHOIS lookup no longer shows our organization. The on-file registrant at the registrar matches our validation request exactly (organization legal name and street address), and the domain also hosts the email addresses used in the request.

Questions:

1. Can the validation team verify registrant data via the registrar even though the public record is redacted?
2. We have a signed domain-ownership assignment letter from an authorized representative ready, but the portal shows no document upload option while the request is "In Progress." How can we submit it, or will another "Action Required" window open if needed?
3. Is there anything else we should prepare to avoid the request failing on domain verification?

The validation is otherwise straightforward: US LLC registered since 2011, public records current and matching.
