Dear Microsoft Billing Support Team @Jade Ng ,

We are a Malaysian company subscribing to Microsoft services and are billed by Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd.

For Malaysia withholding tax compliance and submission to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), we would like to request the following documents:

  1. Certificate of Residence / Certificate of Tax Residence for Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. for Year 2026, issued by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  2. Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. Tax Identification Number (TIN/UEN) information or supporting documentation, if available.

The documents will be used for Malaysia withholding tax and Malaysia–Singapore tax treaty purposes.

Kindly provide us with the official PDF copy of the relevant documents.
