I recently buy a new pc and i worder: "Can I transfer my old office 2024 licence?" And how to do?

Thanks for your answer!. -I have "Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus LTSC ( Windows ) A Vita License". -I bought separately from a retailer. -No I only see the Microsoft 365 free trial. The problem is thet I try to activate my key but the ID installation is "wrong" but I checf it a lot of gtime and it's "correct". Thanks again for your help!.

Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 is a volume license edition intended for organizations, rather than a normal retail license for personal/home use.

If you have the Office LTSC 2024 installation files, you can install it, but activation normally requires the organization's volume licensing method, such as KMS or MAK activation.

If you purchased this as a "lifetime" license for personal use at home, this is not the normal license type intended for that purpose. I would suggest contacting the seller and requesting a refund, then purchasing Office 2024 directly from Microsoft or an authorized retailer so you receive the appropriate retail license.

    Yes, Office 2024 can usually be transferred to a new PC if it is a one-time purchase license that belongs to you. Microsoft allows Office 2024 to be moved to another computer you own, although normally not more than once every 90 days unless there was a hardware failure.

    Before giving you the exact steps, could you confirm:

    1. Which Office 2024 edition do you have, such as Office Home 2024 or Home & Business 2024?
    2. Did you buy Office separately from Microsoft/another retailer, or did it come preinstalled with your old PC?
    3. When you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, does Office 2024 appear there?

    Most Office 2024 licenses are linked to the Microsoft account used when Office was redeemed, so this will help determine the correct transfer method.
