I may have two subscriptions to Microsoft 365, family edition. One is under the e-mail ******@gmail.com and the other ******@icloud.com. The first may be on auto renew. The second I just signed for up today. Can you check?

    Hi, @Diane Glass

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

Could you please check https://account.microsoft.com/services separately with each email address?

For each account, please tell me:

    1. Does it show an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
    2. Does it say Recurring billing is on or show a renewal date?
    3. For the subscription you signed up for today, did you purchase it directly from Microsoft or through Apple?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

Microsoft 365 subscriptions are tied to the Microsoft account used to buy them. A direct check of those accounts is required.

To verify whether there are two subscriptions:

    1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with the Gmail-based Microsoft account.
    2. Check whether a Microsoft 365 Family subscription appears and whether recurring billing or auto-renew is turned on.
    3. Sign out.
    4. Sign in again with the iCloud-based Microsoft account.
    5. Check whether a second Microsoft 365 Family subscription appears there.

If both accounts show an active subscription, then there are two separate subscriptions.

If only one account shows the subscription, use that account for Microsoft 365. If the other subscription was created by mistake, go to Manage > Cancel subscription for that account. If eligible, a refund may be available under Microsoft’s refund policy.

If the newer subscription was purchased through a third-party billing partner such as Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription changes and cancellation may need to be handled through that billing partner instead of directly in Microsoft account services.
