Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Hi Daneri,
I hope you're doing well today.
Every Teams user is assigned a personal meeting link, which stays the same for every meeting held in that dedicated space unless a new, separate meeting is scheduled with its own unique link. This is why locating the correct link within your account settings is the best way to ensure you are sharing the right one.
To find your personal Teams meeting link, please follow these steps:
- Launch the Microsoft Teams application, then select the Calendar icon located on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click the "Meet Now" button > Get a link to share.
- Or go to your Calendar and select "Meet in a channel" to access your personal meeting space.
- Once inside your meeting space, click "Copy meeting info" or "Copy link," which will place your personal Teams meeting link directly onto your clipboard, ready to be pasted wherever needed.
I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to assist.
Thank you for your understanding, and have a wonderful day ahead.
