Azure Artifact Signing identity validation blocked at Verified ID creation (Au10tix lockout) - how to proceed?
We are completing Public (Organization) identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing and are blocked at the personal Verified ID step.
After several verification attempts on Aug 11 (Pacific time) failed at the face-match step ("photos don't match", then "face does not match Verified ID") using three different government IDs (EAD card, passport, visa), the Au10tix flow now shows "Sorry, you do not meet requirements to create a Verified ID at this time" - including on a freshly created validation request. We believe the requester is locked out by the verification provider's fraud-prevention system.
Details:
- Identity Validation ID: 73df200a-45a1-4776-a9e9-ec68b0026306 (status: Action Required)
-
- Tenant ID: 7e684c0c-f0ce-424f-aa43-5f3e0fbffc4f
-
- Subscription ID: 3646fea1-5c56-4bbe-a8cc-f01efcae29d6
-
- Requester: Hemanth Kumar Gaja Giri, primary email ******@hireanex.com
-
- Error progression: "photos don't match" -> "technical problem with the request" -> "face does not match Verified ID" -> "you do not meet requirements to create a Verified ID at this time"
- Could you please check the state of this validation request, clear the lockout on the requester (or advise the cool-down period), and let us know if manual document review is possible? This is time-sensitive for our product release. Happy to share further details privately. Thank you.
