Artifact Signing organization validation stuck in Verified ID Processing loop

I am completing Public Organization Identity Validation for Azure Artifact Signing.

The government ID verification completed, and the Verified ID is present in Microsoft Authenticator. When I scan the “Present your Verified ID” QR code and share the credential, the browser remains indefinitely on “Processing” and the validation returns to “Action Required.”

I reproduced the issue using Microsoft Edge In Private, updated Microsoft Authenticator, allowed cookies, and generated a fresh QR code. The loop continues.

Please escalate this to the Artifact Signing/Verified ID team and contact me privately for the Identity Validation ID, tenant ID, subscription ID, and Artifact Signing account details.
